Great job with the live recording yesterday! It was great spending time together to make a programme ( ^ω^ )

We were all together, with the duo Hironaka Ana and Dangan Jacky, Cunning Takeyama-san, and Nagano-san!
And those happy people dashing towards us was really fun too!

It’ll all be aired during tomorrow’s chan~
And then, we got invited to appear on NamaSada this year again too!
Thank you to all who watched it or came down to the venue!
As for the catering, we had Hinode Seimen-san come to make udon for us!

Udonno~ I ate you again! (lol)

And today, I sang together with Kato Izumi-senpai, who decided to appear on Folk Days!
“Thursday” and “Hidamari no uta”!
Then Takagi did “Uma” solo! (lol)

This was the reason why I was the only one in costume during this month’s Gekkan TAKAHASHI’s encore ❤️

I was really nervous since it was my first time singing solo on a music programme, but I think it was a wonderful experience!
Thanks to KikuP who gave me the chance to take up this challenge!! ( ^ω^ )

I’ll work on curing this extreme anxiety so I can enjoy singing next time!

Listening to music now ❤️
Recently, I’ve been listening to music while commuting to work!
I usually listen on my mobile phone, but I’m on my iPod now!
A pretty purple. (lol)
With purple earphones. (lol)
A purple person who loves purple above all else, aka “purson”. (lol)

Hey, has everyone gone to view the cherry blossoms? Takagi plans to go as soon as she can get some time off! Cherry blossoms at night will be great too! It’s been getting warmer too!

When I was young, I would bring home the beautiful cherry blossom petals which had fallen, and press them between books to make dried flowers~!
Then I would use it together with colored cellophane paper to make stained glass collages, or create dishes with it using play-doh.
I really loved doing that~!
I used to stay up late as a kid, so Mama, Grandma and I would play at night! (lol)
We’d go shopping at night to buy ingredients!
It was just so much fun!
Then every Friday, Grandma and I would watch online programmes until about 5 a.m., after which we’d go for walks (lol)
Then! I’d watch radio aerobics, sleep a little, then go to lo~ts of places with Mama on our bicycles!
In the afternoon, we’d come home for a nap, then I’d spend the day with Grandma while Mama went to work!
During that time, I’d watch anime, or go somewhere with my cousins who come to visit every weekend!

When I entered middle school, I would go on walks with Mama and Papa all night for about 6 hours! We’d go to see night scenery!

Everyday was so different from now, but so fun too~
Aren’t all childhood memories such wonderful things?
Isn’t it great?
If I become a mother one day, I want to treasure that time!

U-gya-gya-gyaaa!
The pollen these days is just too much!
And the cold is back againn((((；ﾟДﾟ)))))))
How terrible-ble-ble!

But we went to scout out a location this morning (^_^)v Such happiness.

And now let’s change the topic. Remember how I talked about staying up till 5 a.m. to clean up my room last week? This week, I rewatched Pocahontas and Pocahontas 2 after more than a decade, and sobbed my eyes out at 5 a.m. (･･;)
I really really recommend them!
So, I was in a different mood yesterday, so I put on some girly clothes, packed up my Funasshi rucksack, and went out shopping for the things I wanted. I really felt like a girl!
And I’ll be 22 soon!

I’m a great lady, so look at this!

Many people have told Takagi that she looks more mature these days. What do you think?

I also want to get a haircut similar to how it was like last May. What do you think?

Today was Onnagawa’s Recovery Festival!
It’s been a while, Onnagawa—! ( ^ω^ )
Has it really been 1 year since our last concert there?

The girls at Saigai FM seem to have grown into adults, and the children have grown up too!!

The adult friends are… Yep! Still adults! (laugh)

But—! Everyone was just so friendly and energetic!
Trains have started running, the hot springs are open, and roads are completed too (^_^)v (victory)
Every time we visit, lots of things are done!
It’s really so awesome.

Director Takamasa of the fishcake factory, who always takes care of us!
Performed an energetic and wonderful rap for us! (laugh)
Of course, aside from fishcake, the scallops and beef tongue were delicious too~
Then, the family of one of the Onnagawa Saigai FM girls, who runs an eatery, prepared fried chicken for us too! So full of love! It was really delicious ( ^ω^ )
I’ll try the Onnagawa rice bowl next time! Maybe Konbumaki too!
But I was thinking. Having delicious ingredients is one thing, but no matter the dish, the people of Onnagawa make it with love and one wish, to “let lots of people eat it and be happy”. And that makes us want to try it again.
The town, the scenery, the mood, everything is that way. Everyone’s personalities too.
So I want to visit again. I really love the place from the bottom of my heart.

Even during the concert, everyone’s faces were sparkling so brightly!
The locals and non-locals alike.
All our feelings were as one!
The locals work hard to let everyone enjoy coming to Onnagawa, while the non-locals enjoy themselves as much as they can and fall in love with the place. And during the concert, both groups become one and enjoy our concert together.

Wow, that just makes me so happy, and gives me so much energy!
I wanted to bring energy to everyone, but I received much more in return! That’s what I always think when I visit.
Thank you so much.

Somehow, Kasou dystopia is a song that I’ll always feel like singing when I visit Onnagawa.

Creating machines from rubble.

Even when we’re apaprt, we’re always allies.

This is my favorite lyric. It somehow soothes my heart.
I don’t know why, but I really want to deliver these lyrics. So I’m glad I managed to do so today!
We also sang Seishunfu together with all our Onnagawa friends on stage during the encore.
Everyone had been practising so hard for this.
And they sang with such loud voices!
Everyone’s voices just made my feelings clench hard again.
Because their beautiful eyes delivered the song straight, without them even realizing it.
It made me think about why we’re here, what we want to deliver, and why we’re singing.
Because we want to reach out, right?
There’s still so much we want to deliver to everyone, so I decided to work hard (=´∀｀)人(´∀｀=)
There’s still so much we can do, so I’ll do my best!
So first, let’s become BFF! Ok?!
Oh, it means Best Friend Forever. (laugh)

Yeah!
For the first time today in the past ten years, Mama offered to blow-dry my hair for me. It was nice of her, but she did it too near my ears so it was really hot, and my glasses were all fogged up too, it was hilarious! (lol)

Papa was busy sketching on his phone too, it was just a happy Takagi family scene!

And then, there was a student-limited campaign at AEON Mall today!
Just present your student pass when shopping to earn points, and win a trip to Okinawa, as well as specially-made Takagi banners. There’s really so much fun at Ion!
All students!
Don’t miss out!
I’m no longer a student, so I can only envy you guys!
But I’ll get everyone’s spirits high with all my might—! Please support me!

The cat tower I ordered is here. And my Z-kun is satisfied ❤ ️ What a cute guy.

Ahh, I just feel like hugging him! (laugh)
Nah! I restrained myself!

It’s been a while since I tidied up my room, so I got carried away and couldn’t stop (there was so much to do), and before I knew it, it was 5 a .m…
It was hopeless, and I went to bed in a hurry. (laugh)

Then, starting from yesterday morning, I finished up some business, went for a walk, and had a meaningful night—!
But was appalled when it suddenly started to rain. (laugh)

It’s great to have an off-day once in a while, and to be able to do things which one usually won’t be bothered to do.
And becoming sensitive to words and learning new, wonderful ones.
There’s so much I don’t know yet!

Like, I’ve become interested in the word “timezone”.
For example, when today ends and I go to sleep, a new today is beginning somewhere else in the world.
It’s sort of magical.
I know it’s a totally normal thing, but it’s just magical when you really think about it!

I love feeling like this sometimes.

Firstly…

Today is 15 March,
Momoka’s birthday—!!
Happy birthday! Congrats!
Momoka, who always strives hard with all her might!
Momoka, who always quietly supports Takagi’s weaknesses! I love you!
As your fellow Osaretai partner, I’ll support you with all my might too!
Hope you have a wonderful 20th birthday *\(^o^)/*
Congratulations!

And then, the nationwide pilgrimage held its finale after 127 locations!
Lalaport Yokohama! My hometown, yeah!
Kawasaki! Shibuya!
Finally, at Shinjuku Wald 9!

We’ve completed it all successfully!
Travelling around the country, meeting lots of people, speaking to them, getting a taste of each locality.
Receiving lots of energy from everyone, falling even more in love with the Mononofu, it was just so fulfilling!
It’s been really cold outside, but everyone still waited for us. Is everyone feeling alright? We were waiting in the cars, but we were all watching over you!
Don’t force yourselves too much! It’ll be bad if you fall ill!

And then, of course there are lots of Mononofu who couldn’t make it for the meet-and-greet sessions, so we couldn’t meet you.
But there were so many people who left comments on our blogs, telling us what a great movie it is!
It just makes me so happy that our feelings were delivered, and everyone can appreciate us in another way apart from song and dance!

Everyone, thank you so much! While the nationwide pilgrimage has concluded successfully, we will return on 11 April. The movie will also keep showing, so I hope it’ll continue to be delivered to more people!

Ahh— I need to rush to the theater!

This meet-and-greet was brought to you by Takagi and Tamai!
For the 1st day in Hokkaido,
we visited Kitami! Then Kushiro!
For lunch at Kitami, we had a vegetable sommelier visit us backstage and prepare Kitami’s delicacies, salted yakisoba and pork bowl, for us. And as we moved to Kushiro, we visited Lake Akan where we played with snow, fished for pond smelt, then cooked fresh pond smelt tempura to eat!
So grateful‼︎‼︎

And then, the meet-and-greet at Kushiro—!
For dinner, we had crab and oyster, and lots of other Hokkaido delicacies!
Then, for Day 2,
we spent 4.5 hours on a train all morning to our first location, Ebetsu!
Then we had soup curry for lunch!
We also went to see the TV tower, then played with snow! It was so much fun—!

Then, we went back to work

And it was soon time for dinner!
Since we ate so much for lunch, we kept saying that we couldn’t eat much. But the complaints stopped once the seafood bowls were placed before us, and we finished it all up ＼(^o^)／

Wow— Nothing can be happier than this!
Such joy ❤ ️

And then, our final meet-and-greet at Hokkaido was in Sapporo!

I know I’ve said this many times, but I had so much fun!
It was really cold, but the Mononofu were all so nice that my heart felt warm!
I was a lump of happiness!

We’ve not been able to come here much, but we hope to hold lots of concerts here in the future!

Hey hey hey!!
I was so excited yesterday that I couldn’t sleep (lol)

Before I knew it, today had arrived!
Meet-and-greet sessionssss!

First, TOHO Cinemas Malera Gifu!
Then, TOHO Cinemas Gifu!
Lastly, TOHO Cinemas Kisogawa!

Lots of Mononofu-san dashed to meet me!
Thank you so much *\(^o^)/*

Today’s the last time I’ll be doing solo meet-and-greets!
So I was saying that I wanted to do something special, and Toho’s staff, Tsukioka-sana aka Tsukii, who has always helped me as host, who always dresses in suits, actually dressed up in the T-shirt from my solo concert yesterday, complete with towel and tied hair!

He went full Reni-oshi mode, and did the hosting without a script (lol)
What a rare happening!

I really didn’t want to leave at the end, so my feet subconsciously brought me back up on stage (lol)
Everyone was so surprised, huh? (lololol)

But that was fun too!
All of it!
It snowed at the end, did everyone get home safely?
Thanks for waiting out in the snow for me!
I hope nobody caught a cold!

9 March
Takagi Reni’s first solo concert! A challenge of 4 volumes in 60 minutes!
Has ended successfully!

Thank you so much to everyone who took leave from school or work just to come support me today!
Especially those who came from faraway locations.
With everyone’s strength, we managed to get through the 4 volumes one by one while enjoying ourselves to the max. I really wanted to stay with everyone forever ^ ^

The staff also helped to create a wonderful environment just for me today, and when I said that I didn’t want to wear costumes, but more personal-style clothes, they made some really cute ones for me!
Furthermore, there was more than one outfit for me to change into!

Tokoro-sensei also helped to design the T-shirt and pamphlet, and even had to forego sleep!
I’m really so grateful to everyone involved.
I’ve received everyone’s faces and voices loud and clear.

Since it was my first time, I wanted to share songs which are truly precious to me with all the Mononofu!
But there is still lots of music I want to deliver to everyone, so I’ll see you again next year (laugh)
Then, when I mentioned that I wanted to do this again next year, H.I.P’s Takahashi Meijin quickly booked the venue for me!
So very grateful!

Ikura Manami-chan came as my last-minute special guest, and Syachi’s Yuzuki came to watch the concert too,

It’s truly impossible to describe or summarize in words the amount of joy I felt.
Everyone, thank you so so much!
I love you all!

Sorry I couldn’t do it well.

I changed the entire basic setlist, so 9 March was the general collation.
I just have so many precious memories, and I wanted everyone to sing together at the end, to recall all the moments in my life and the faces of the Mononofu and everyone who supported me through the lyrics.
So I strove hard and finished the solo concert that way.
Therefore, I want to be that way too.
So I decided on 9 March.

I may be making more work for others,
but as long as we can all be that way in the future! For always!
