Our innocent words clashed as we talked about worthless things
Always stay with me, I wanna walk again with you tomorrow
SUNSET ROAD, Yeah, let’s meet again, I said
But you don’t come, don’t come, so I’ll walk to school by myself

Because it’s an uncertain friendship, it’s a dazzling, transcient thing, like a burning sparkler
We create as many memories as tears, in the crevices of our hearts

If tomorrow’s sky smiles, you, me, and dreams, will reach to the sunset sky
Our two elongated shadows lined up
I’ll never forget, forever my BEST FRIEND

That was when I knew loneliness, left alone on the steps after school
Hearing my falling footsteps, I feel the loneliness of your absence, Yeah
Only lonely, but we’ll meet again, right?, I ask
I’ll walk through this wide, wide school yard by myself

The day you and I said goodbye, I couldn’t speak of my gratitude, which I regret even now
The pride from that day irritates me now, just like a scab

The big promise you made to me, I send it to the sunset sky now
An endless journey, I find your footprints
And change this into courage, By myself

I’ll give my memories to you as a gift, with a sketchbook and paints
The scene of you and I in my mind, walking together side by side

I don’t know if I can illustrate it well, can’t forget that one scene
Recklessly, my right hand draws, blurring the sunset with my tears

The colorful paints will be finished soon, but
I think the orange one will be the first to go

I try to draw the sunset we saw that day again and again, but
A drawing isn’t enough, wanna see it again, wanna see it again with you
