From Liz: Fans think Matsuura sold the rights of Tohoshinki (5 members) song ‘Wasurenaide’, which was composed and written by JYJ’s Jaejoong, to a Chinese artist without asking approval of the composer. Matsuura says avex has nothing to do with this, but fans don’t believe him after previous lies he spread.

Hmm ok, I went to read up a little too.
Seems like the Chinese artist has issued an official apology, in which he stated that none of the music companies involved (his own, avex and SME) were to blame, because he was the one who chose to cover the song, so he’s taking full responsibility. His company is also going to seek Jaejoong’s approval, and will not promote/perform the song until everything’s cleared up. (apology letter(?): http://twitpic.com/5roced)
Not sure whether avex is involved in this or no, but from Matsuura’s TL, the fans (actually it seemed like only 1 guy was going at it non-stop) started hurling non-related insults (calling him stupid etc) and generally going wild first, which I feel was abit uncalled for. Oh well…
It’s a little fishy, since the avex logo was included on the promotional picture of the Chinese artist. That’s the reason why fans won’t believe Matsuura nor the Chinese artist. I can’t read Japanese, so I don’t know what people said to Matsuura. It’s just sad that Ayu has to tell the CEO to stop tweeting and to take responsibility for his words.
Well, the Chinese artist (Roy, right?) is under avex China, so of course the avex logo will be on all his products. So whether Matsuura of avex Japan knew anything about it is unrelated to this, I feel. Right now, we have no direct proof of anything, so there’s no point trying to guess/argue about it.
Anyways, I agree that Matsuura was acting a little childish with the way he was tweeting, which was the reason why I think ayu stepped out and asked him to stop. It was slowly degrading into a name-calling fest. =P Seems like ayu is still the most mature and level-headed one, lol!!!

I recall a friend mentioned that he and MAZINGERDRAGON [the CSO of avex?] had a bit of a China-rant a few months back.

@misajpop – oh it happened. He said something along the lines of ‘no permission was given’ while questioning the intentions of the guy and saying ‘ all people from there (china) are a iffy’ that’s what I read. He may have deleted it and we know he does that alot!
Sigh, if that’s true then I agree that he needs to grow up some, someone honestly needs to confiscate his phone when he’s drinking so he can’t drunk tweet -_- Seriously though, as brian said below, this whole saga just needs to stop.
Soooooooooooo over the JYJ / TVXQ / whoever else drama. Seriously, I get so tired of seeing my time line full of this. I wish everyone could just put all this behind them. 😦
True, but watching ayu getting annoyed was kinda amusing in some strange way. We seldom get to see her getting so ruffled lol.

Well, I don’t bother to care about Matsuura’s tweets when I saw the war last night..cause this is not his first time..but when I saw Ayu was trying to stop Matsuura, I feel so touched T_T
It doesn’t matter who Ayu was helping, I feel proud to be her fans because she is such a nice person to stop this twitter war which makes everyone unhappy >_<
